SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin completed a Kitchen Mold Remediation on a pier and beam house.

The carpet and shiplap planking was removed as you can see the floor joists are exposed. If the picture was a little closer you would see the dirt below the home. The counter tops and cabinets were removed.

Mold on under side of the floor decking or planking on pier and beam home poses a big challenge for cleaning. Due to the limited working space the scope of work is usually to remove the flooring like this. Good ventilation will help prevent mold growth in crawl spaces.
