Commercial Water Damage

This bathroom was the cause of water damage throughout a commercial building. Our team had to demo some of the affected area before restoration. We worked diligently to get the business back to normal.

This is a gym floor that SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin was called out to dry.  When we were  complete the floor was resting back in place with very little repairs needed.

This is a photo of an area we where we performed mold remediation.  See the metal studs.  That is common in commercial buildings.  Notice the rust?  That tells us this has been leaking a while.  

We have been in the restoration business for 18 years in Austin, TX.  This is a first for us.  We were asked to clean a temporary event tent that was set up. 

This commercial water loss was very small.  A local Dry Cleaners had a leak that affect almost their entire suite.  As you can see they are fortunate their inventory was not affected and the drying of their structure was only and inconvenience.  They never stop servicing customers.  

Did you know you can Dry wet documents?  That includes photos.  It a process called Sublimation.  Its freeze drying.  It is an amazing process that is very effective.  It is a recovery not a restoration.  So if the docs or photos are damaged the drying process will not removed the damage but it will cease the continuation of damage from the water.   This photo is part of a library we packed out.  Semi trailer full of books.
