SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin works with a lot of Commercial clients in Austin and surrounding cities as well as some of the local municipalities. It is not uncommon for micro burst storms to roll through the Austin area causing buildings to leak more in a certain area that may not leak enough during the typical rain showers to be found. So this area may get a little wet, then noticeably wet, then little wet and then noticeably wet again depending on how heavy the rains are. Mold may be growing the entire time and not be known because the area doesn't get wet enough to be known. This is the results we see from something like that.
