SERVPRO - Can dry out those difficult jobs too

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin recently dried out a very nice home that had a challenge we don't see on every job. The water source was from upstairs. Some of the water travel down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. On the kitchen side we had upper and lower cabinets and tile backsplash and on the dining room side we had a large mirror and nice built out framing and bead board on the lower half of the wall. None of the wet materials where showing sing of damage in need of repair. Instead of removing cabinets or the mirror we cut into the drywall over the cabinet and ducted a dehumidifier into the wall cavity. This allowed for us to dry the wall without removing any of the unaffected and expensive materials.
