Two Story House Floods - Austin, TX

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin dries out two story flooded home in Austin, TX.

This home had a water leak source from upstairs. Water affected aprox 75% of the home. The living room here had the most of the damage. The window frames and sills were pulling away from the wall. There ceiling drywall was sagging and all the tape lines were visible from the water damage. As we removed the ceiling we found standing water above it in the sagging areas.

Usually we would prefer to dry all these materials but due to the severity of the water damage demo was required.
