Commercial Water Damage Demo, Austin, TX

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin water damage demo and dry out in Austin, TX in a commercial office bathroom. This was a small office where there was a leak from above. The leak had not been discover for quite some time. The removal of the drywall was necessary due to the wallpaper and being wet for so long. We removed all the wet materials in concern and dried the structural framing. Once completed we installed 6 mil poly on the ceiling to assist in keeping the climate control in the closet within reason of the remainder of the office and to keep insulation and debris from coming in from the attic area above.
