Commercial Mold Remediation

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin completed this mold remediation project for one of the Universities here in Austin. This was a crawl space under the bleachers of a basketball gym where a chiller line had been leaking for an unknown amount of time. None of the mold affected any of the occupant areas. The mold was contained within all the crawl space area. * *The after photo is actually a photo after the demo was completed but prior to the cleaning process. There was still a lot of cleaning and HEPA vacuuming required before final clearance testing was performed.
