Austin, TX Rental House Flood - Burst Supply Line

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin dries out a Steiner Ranch home near Lake Travis.

This is a very nice large home rental home. The toilet supply like burst in the master bath directly above the pantry in the kitchen. The water ran until someone noticed it coming out the front of the home. Approximately 80% of the home suffered water damage. Due to the amount of water and exterior walls with insulation in them, the wall and ceiling in the kitchen had to be removed. Much of the ceiling was already collapsed upon arrival. The semi gloss paint on the walls had bubbled up with water pockets behind it.
