Water Damage Controlled Demo in a Round Rock

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin completes a water damage demo and dry out in the Round Rock area.

This customer had a leak in the kitchen area where the water affected the cabinets enough that they were not salvageable and needed replacing. We prefer to dry the cabinets in place so the homeowner can continue to use their kitchen and then have them replaced at a later date. In this particular case the cabinets needed removed in order to complete the project properly.

This is when we will do what we call a controlled demo. We shore up counter tops and remove the cabinets in pieces. This will allow for the homeowner to continue to use their kitchen until they can hire a contractor and get their new cabinets ordered in and ready to install.
