Commercial Mold Remediation

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin completed this Mold Remediation Project in a Cedar Park Commercial Building Bathroom.

The plastic paneling that is installed in commercial bathrooms is a very common place for mold growth to be found after a water loss when not dry out properly. See the rusted and corroded galvanized metal studs. That tells us this area has been wet for quite some time and/or had a continuing moisture source. The water is absorbed by the drywall and since the plastic wall doesn't breath it can't dry out fast enough creating a nearly perfect environment for mold to grow.
