Mold Remediation - Pier and Beam Home

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin completes another mold job in Central Austin, TX home.

This home had mold growth in the crawl space area on the underside of the oak floor planking. Some of the older pier and beam homes have solid 3/4 inch oak planking as the flooring when they were built. Many of those same homes today have another flooring type install over top of the old oak planks.

Whenever the floor decking or planks are removed from a pier and beam home it becomes a pretty involved project and safety hazard if there are still occupants in the home.
