Lead Check if build before 1979

We have to perform a lead check if the construction was before 1979. This is an easy test. SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin can sample on site in just a few minutes. There is a paper work trial we need establish and then a few swabs and we have our answers.

See the pink swab. That is telling us this sample is reading hot for lead. Lead shouldn't create a budget challenges with additional expenses that will turn you budget upside down. If lead is present it usually won't added more than a few hours to a project along with some specialized equipment. So be aware of lead but don't worry we can save the house and won't break the bank.
