Extracting water after a commercial flood.

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin received a call from a downtown Austin Commercial Property Management Company shortly after 5:00 pm one weekday evening.    They had a fairly large water loss.  What was really surprising is that a 10-12 inch Drone was the cause.  They were flying the Drone inside and hit a sprinkler head resulting in aprox. 20,000 sf of Water Damage on 4 floors.  Personnel on site said it took them approximately 45 minutes to find the water shut off which is a big factor in why on sprinkler head cause so much damage.
