The most important meeting of our day is the Work In Progress meeting we have each morning. During this time we all get on the same page about all the jobs we have for the day. Even Dixie gets involved.

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / Central Austin has opened up their new office / warehouse. We now have 12,000 sf of office, classroom and warehouse.

The new office has enough space for everyone to sit comfortably at their own desk. The warehouse space has allowed for us to expand our cleaning equipment by adding a new Ultrasonic machine line and Esport wash system.

With the new equipment additions we can now handle our Fire and Smoke damaged content better once if arrives here. Plus we now have all our drying equipment racked neatly ready to go fast for any Water Damage.

Office Pup

Meet Dixie. She is a 10 week old registered yellow lab.

Did you know puppies can sleep up to 20 hours a day. Do you know what they do the other 4 hours? Hint...Her nick name the staff has given her is "Dixie the Destroyer"

Now if we can just train her to help on the Water Damage and House Fires.
